It takes a village to raise a violinist...
...A teacher to guide the way;
     a family for support and encouragement;
      and a student committed to putting in the necessary time and energy to learn and advance!

Cecelia Pierotti teaches violin lessons in her home studio in the town of Vallejo, California. She is a gifted and dedicated teacher with over 30 years of experience teaching students of all ages and levels. In fact, she just celebrated her 40 years of teaching violin in Vallejo in November 2016! Students appreciate the nurturing environment of her studio, and travel from as far away as Sacramento, Fairfield, Marin, Napa, and Benicia.

Ms. Pierotti teaches a range of playing styles and is familiar with the Suzuki method. Students in her studio perform two recitals per year, one in November and one in June, and have the opportunity to play in small ensembles on a regular basis.

"Teaching is really very, very important. I always tell my students that you should find an opportunity to teach. When you teach others you teach yourself"
